German

German is the economic engine of Europe and has for centuries been a cultural centre. It is estimated that 90 to 100 million people are native German speakers worldwide.

Moreover, German is also the most widely spoken language in the European Union.

It is therefore not surprising that many people wish to study German.

At ESNA Idiomes, the students of German have different objectives:

  • Some wish to have the possibility to go to a German-speaking country for job-related purposes.

  • Others are interested in the vast cultural heritage that Germany, Switzerland, and Austria offer.

  • Again others see how German language skills benefit their present job.

  • And finally, some want to sit an official Goethe-Institut exam to be even better prepared for the future.

ESNA Idiomes offers all of them the necessary means to achieve their goals.

In particular, ESNA prepares students for the official Goethe-Institut exams that - as basically all official exams in Europe - are designed according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (see: CEFR, under Courses in the main menu).
